The meal plan...
Breakfasts and Lunches - same as always :)- Oatmeal
- Fruit
- Yogurt/Granol
- Cereal bars (just recently tried one at Whole Foods and it was good)
- Eggs/toast
- Vegetable Soup
- Veggies and hummus
- Quesadillas
- Brown rice and veggies
Meals
Monday - Possibly go out for a fun treat OR Salad with lettuce, black beans, corn, avocado, cucumber, tomato, pepper (how to cook dry beans)
Tuesday - Chicken, potatoes, and carrot roast (in the crock pot) with other veggies on the side (and maybe biscuits)
Wednesday - Sandwiches (homemade bread, leftover chicken from last night, tomato, lettuce, mayo)
Thursday - Going to some friend's house for Indian. yum. We'll probably bring some nan (not homemade...from Trader Joe's).
Friday - Fried Rice
Saturday - Snack on stuff and then are going to a friends where we will snack some more :)
Sunday - Leftovers!
And, some night I'm planning on making this Spinach dip.
